Shocking Revelation will stun all types of lumes, including bosses, in a huge area. This can give you enough room to finish the lume attacking the core and essentially preventing it from damaging it further.
This perk may unintentionally stun groups of lumes close to towers leaving them extremely vulnerable.
Shocking Revelation can be extremely useful in levels where lumes are almost guaranteed to reach the core and attack it such as Train Station and The Depths.
